You are not linked! Relink rc to drone. Go into advanced settings, on screen RC, you might be trying to link to wrong model. Pick the correct model pro, adv, p4 the shut down restart and link.

Sorry. I have two but not your same problem. If you solve it I would like to know. Have you reached out to DJI support by phone? They hopefully can help it has worked for me.

I send drone to dji service for remont
