Stuck in beginner mode

Hi all,

Hope you can help me with this query. I’ve been flying phantom for 4 years and a mavic air for about six months. I’m no techi but I thought I could sort most things. Not flown the phantom for a while as been getting to know the mavic. Flew phantom Friday, perfect no issues. Now it will only go 150m and says maximum distance reached. Beginner mode is off, max distance is set to 2000m and I’ve also disabled max distance. Nothing seems to work, it’s not telling me I need to run an update.

I always fly using the dji go app 4

Any ideas, suggestions would be very appreciated.

Try logging in to your DJI account again..and start again.

You need to sign out of your DJI account in the app.
And sign in again to get rid of that..
