Yes the video is a bit on the grainy side considering it's shot on 4K quality...
Is it the same quality before editing? Have you tried to compare your video with and without the ND8 filter?
If the quality is better with or without the filter before editing it with texts and such, could it be that the video editing program you use makes the image blurry on rendering?
