You need to click the check boxes to the right of each statement. Then click OK

FYI: instead of “tip toe” you can click the auto take off icon and it will present the same dialog without spinning up the motors.

Ahh. I forgot to mention this step. Thanks Drestin. I do it so autonomously that I completely forgot it existed. It's like the ToS agreement you have to click when you sign up for something.

There have been several occasions when I couldn’t get past the agreement. If I remember correctly, that checkbox is a dark blue and easy to miss - and IMPOSSIBLE to see without my reading glasses!
