Something loose in controller

So, I'm not sure what to do? It sounds like screws loose inside the controller. Do i try to send it back to DJI or open it myself? I bought the bird new off ebay. Any body else have this problem?

that is hard to answer would have to ask dji about that one it varies

I had a slight rattling noise when I would move the controller side to side, sounded like something on the inside was loose but it turned out to be the tab/cellphone holder. See if it's not loose.

Try sending back to the eBay seller and getting a refund/replacement - DJI's repair process is notoriously slow.

There is a batch of controllers that used craplastic. The mounts near the home buttons collapsed and the plastic rattles in the controller.
Send it back if still under warranty.
