Hello so I have recently taken some pictures of a nice open swamp on a fourwheeling trail and of the campsite we stay at and they want me to send it to them but when I try to send the video it says it’s to big what do I do?

You need send them to the people in the swamp? 
If you trying via email, I think the limit is now about 10 meg?
You need to post them on ytube, vimeo, etc, or use a dropbox, google drive, one drive, etc.
Then share a link to them.
