SD card format

I have a P3 standard and a P3Pro, both have the same problem with the SD card, the go app is saying that the card is bad or requires formatting, but I am unable to to format through the app,they are both 32Gb Sandisk ultra and never had a problem before. any clues would be great

What do you mean by "I am unable to format them through the app"?

Try to read / write them on a laptop, if you are successful then it points to the problem with ad card reader of phantom. Go step by step to locate the issue.
