RED SPLOTCHY PICTURES --- Bad camera??

PLEASE HELP...... What does this look like to you? My Dji Phantom 4 camera is taking pictures with this red splotchy look... I've done a factory reset on the drone. Didn't help. I've also calibrated the gimbal... Do you have any ideas? Is it a camera setting?? Seems like the factory rest would have fixed, if so... Know anyone that can help me?? Thanks.

Long shot but maybe try another sd card or format the one included.

Make sure the ribbon cable is securely in place. Check the points of connection.

Thanks for taking time to try and help me... Thanks for your suggestion. The ribbon looks secure. It doesnt appear to have moved at all. This Phantom 4 is less than 60 days old... I am so frustrated. My wife is headed to the Bahamas in a week and needs the drone to take videos for her sailing blog... Ive got to fix this... Any other ideas??
