Hello! I recently crashed my Phantom 4 drone and can't seem to get it to reconnect to the controller. The aircraft disconnected message on the dji go app shows up. However, the camera works and the gimball is able to move. The battery and its life percentage doesn't seem to show up. I can't seem to find the info.

After it starts up it begins to slowly beep and the status light above the usb-a port is flashing red. All of the firmware is up to date on the controller and the drone, I verified with DJI assistant 2. Half of the lights don't seem to be turning on one side of the drone. I'm at a loss for what I need to do to try and diagnose the problem. I also factory reset the drone from the dji assistant. If there are any suggestions please let me know. I have checked the other threads with a similar problem and have tried the suggestions with them to no avail.

Welcome Back 👍

I'm wondering how long you have been flying P4's?
The camera works, do you have a picture?
Half the light's don't seem to be turning on, any more info on that?

For real, I really don't have much experience with the P4's.

I been here awhile same as you.

Keep the thread active, I know some members that know a lot on P4's.
