Having two p3 controllers,should one be discharged or cycled instead of stored at full charge for periods of time?

The RC has lithium Ion batteries, not Lithium Ion Polymer as in the AC. It is ok to fully charge and store. It is NOT ok to let them fully discharge. I do not fly from November to April. I charge the RC when storing and check it once or twice during the off season, fully charging when it gets below 50%.

It is ok to fully charge and store.

Actually, no, lithium ion batteries should NOT be stored fully charged. If they're not going to be used for a while they should be stored at around 40 to 50 percent capacity.
