Prop mount broke mid-flight. Will DJI replace my drone?

This evening I went to fly and everything was normal. After flying for about 15 minuets I was heading back and the drone started tumbling from about 200 feet. Anyways, the gimble arm is cracked along with the strip of data wires. And one landing gear is broke.
One of the propellers was missing and it’s mount on the motor is broke. This seems entirely like an OEM part malfunction. But since I’m not the original owner I doubt I can get anything replaced by DJI
Also, I seem to be one of the first to have this kind of break. Any help would be great!

No, you are not the first one. My P4 was 10 months old and it lost a mount. I don't know if it broke or what. DJI sent me a replacement P4.

Not totally. I had to prove that I bought my P4 from a DJI dealer and that it was less than a year old.
