Problem with photos

Hi!
I have noticed that my P4 pics are little bit grainy.
I have changed settings, but its not getting better.
With video everything is OK.
I added this picture.
Any advise?

Im am having similar issues with my P4 noticed white and red spots on the photos and videos when you zoom in on a PC. This mainly started happening after the latest firmware upgrade. Any advice would be great. i contacted the supplier to swap out my P4 but no reply yet. Also the DJI support emails are useless never get a reply so after sale service seems totally useless. This makes me want to avoid DJI all together for my next purchase. Thanks
