Problem with photo synchronise

When I want to synchronise my photos after flight i got message - camera firmware not supported. I have the latest firmware. Where can be the problem?

1. Are you using iOS or android device?
2. Is your P3 connected?
3. Do you have permission to transfer files to mobile?

I have Android device, P3 was connected and permission i didn't change. Everything works before version 2.8.0.
