Problem :/ please help

Hi guys i have a problem with my phantom 3 4k
When i connected my phantom he always lost signal and disconnected :/ i can fly but in dji go i see disconected :/ next problem is like in my video i never have a problem with my phantom. i try everythimg. calibrate imu, connect again controller but its not helped. ofcourse i never srashed my phantom and this problem i have after when i install a few month ago a new dji go. Uninstal and instal old version not helped :/ i Check in Samsung galaxy s6, samsung note edge, iphone 6 and problem not gone...
