Hi guys
Bit of what I would call an odd one. Twice now in same location I have had my Phantom 2 behave in a very bizarre manner.
Took off, flew ok (video feed a bit laggy and drone not as smooth response), landed and wound down. The next I know, the props are gradually spooling up, no input at all on controller. Then in spools up very rapidly but more so on left motors and takes off sideways. This sent the Phantom straight at my pal who was flying with me but I was switched on enough to hit full up and avoid hitting him. It has behaved like this before but nothing as bad and the only victim was a picnic bench.
I intend to do a compass recalibrat, possibly reflash the software before doing so and try a new location and see how we fair but has anyone else experienced this odd spooling up and takeoff behaviou?
TIA
cheers
