Polarpro Filter Order

Just attempted to order a set of filters for the Phantom 3 from their website, and after clicking "Confirm Order", well, nothing happened other than it charged my card twice, and then immediately refunded both charges back to my account. Anyone else experience this or know if they are even in business? I have emailed them, but no response back yet, and the 800 number they have listed is not a working number.

I am exchanging an order right now and when I emailed them on Sept 2, they immediately emailed me back. But surprisingly, I have not heard anything today. They might have a day off or something...
