We took our P3P of for a flight today, first time in about 3 weeks. We started her up, calibration done as usual and sent her up. She was up for bout 2 ni s, at a night of about 25 meters and above a river. The controller the stated “Landing”. No buttons had been pressed! We tried to cancel the landing but it told us “auto land cancel failed” she then shot of in to the trees (thankfully not straight down in to the river). Then crashed down in to the floor, hard! We couldn’t turn her off at all! We ended up having to pick her up, still spinning fratically and pull out the battery to get her to stop!! There is lots of damage, gimble, legs, casing and all blades broken. The battery then gives out a beeping sound....when we tried to turn her on to make sure she worked still and on the batteries wont even stay on (we have 2, neither batteries will stay in now) looking at the flight log all it says is “rotor obstruction” which I’m assuming is just because it went in to the trees. Any ideas?!?!

Hi, we can’t post the log as we can not get to it to down load. The drone won’t turn on at all - using either battery. The battery lights up and then goes off and we can hear a little tick, or a click sound. Unless there is another way to down load it? - we can only watch it on the app. We are quiet new to this
