picture is blurring

I have panthom 4. The picture is blurring while drone moves. Please help

Are you referring to the picture in DJI GO or on the video when you play it back on your computer? What kind of mobile device are you using?

it takes perfect photos, but when you fly, the picture is blurring, even at slow speed.
I am usingVodafone VF1296

Do you have and ND filter installed when the blurring occurs? I had that problem and the ND filter was causing a slower shutter which resulted in blurred images when in motion.

Sorry my fiend, but I do not even know what a ND filter is. The picture on tablet blurs when flying, without taking photos or vedeos thanks
