The inability to run 3rd party apps would prevent running any of the mapping programs commonly used. (btw Litchi is good at lots of things but it isn't much use for mapping).is the no 3rd party app issue a problem for any dsp's out there? Im a greenhorn about to buy one and try to make money. Also, will a uv or nd4 filter on the camera affect mapping quality? Appreciate any insight. Thanks
Sorry I was thinking waypointsThe inability to run 3rd party apps would prevent running any of the mapping programs commonly used. (btw Litchi is good at lots of things but it isn't much use for mapping).
If you are wanting to use the drone for mapping, get the regular P4 pro rather than the + model.
The UV filter won't make any difference to mapping.
An ND filter won't do anything to improve mapping but it will give you a slower shutter speed which could be a problem.
Because the lens on a flying camera is vulnerable to dust, grit, salt spray and bugs, you should always fly with a protective filter.
The standard UV filter is fine.
