Phantom 3 pro gimbal wire jam

I had my p3 pro for a while went through some hard hits and the bottom plastic was cracked and when I throttled the drone it would vibrate so I decided to change the bottom plastic.... plastic came in and I changed it but when I started up the drone the the gimbal would not work..... the camera started flopping up and down... the message tab on my screen said GIMBAL WIRE JAMMED when I checked the wire was jammed indeed ... but I dont know if that is really the issue cause the wire is just jammed it's not cut off or disconnected....comment and reply would be appreciated
