Ok so i've bought a new camera ,my question is this a plug and play or are there things i will have to do first ????

Ok now i have the camera and have it installed. I can take pictures and movies fine but can't see anything on my phone just a black screen while doing that. So i'm lost at this point ,,,, Any help guys ?????

Depends on where you are, and how technical you are, I did a how to fix video shown below, if you cant do it yourself , i do the repair in the UK and @okstuv does them in the USA,
