Painting Shell

I had to order a new shell for my phantom 3. I 'd like to paint the new one. Any suggestions before I get started would be greatly appreciated. Any recommendations on paint? I'll post the results when I'm done. Thanks

Dye it. This will add no weight. Apply the same method as dying your props.

Plasti dip for added durability. I did both inside and outside of the craft. If you do go that route keep in mind that this gives the surface more grip and if you spray the battery rails it will be bit harder to insert and remove the battery.
