As title i arrive in Maldives for a commecial of an island one week ago. I upgraded the app and firmware and after that i stop recived video signal to my Rc. I contact all support option of Dji. Downgrade and upgrading to all release of firmwar, use all kind of ios , android and google device, e but nothing change.. as usual customer service and chat support of Dji is a shame... I m owner of Dji care too , of course nothing cahnge
If i disable the hardware encode the black devise screen became pixelate grey one.
