Connect your controller to a pc and use dji assistant 2 to update the firmware. Once it’s done, do the same with the AC. Should fix your firmware problems.
If I understood what you said, then your problem is a permission from the Android OS.After many hours I have figured it out, I use I-pad instead of an android device and had been using the Apple cable with the the small
After many hours I have figured it out, I use I-pad instead of an android device and had been using the Apple USB cable, I connected my USB cable to the “USB OTG cable” that had come with drone and then went from iPad to controller and using “USB OTG cable” and plug into micro USB connector on controller and during firmware update at 99% is when issues occurred messages like dose not support device etc. etc. Then light started flashing red and green. Well it appears controller did not update and I could not get it to update until I decided to remove “USB OTG cable” from my apple USB cable and inturn disconnect from micro USB connect on controller. I then plugged my Apple USB cable into the USB port (not micro) on controller and immediately after turning everything thing on controller updated and all issues disappeared
Sorry that I can’t offer any advice as I’m a fairly new to drones and I’m still learning. It would me nice if when you get it resolved you post the solution/fix so that everyone can learn from your experience.
