p4p battery won't charge

I have one p4p battery that won't charge when you plug it in the button lights up and the led furthest from the round button blinks 17 times and then all lights go out and will stoy out for a bit and repeat the same sequence over and over

Any suspicious or odd battery behavior indicates it's ready for recycling. I wouldn't trust it.

I had a new battery with exactly the same symptoms. DJI replaced it under warrantee after I tried all the alternatives I could find on this forum and elsewhere.
