P3S video connection playback error

Everything works perfectly well except when I try to view my photos and videos on the DJI Go app. This was working ok but stopped after a while and now I just get a connection error.

Tapping makes no difference.
Photos and videos are present on sd card when in my PC.
Video cache is clear with 8gb capacity
Video card is original 8 gb sandisk that came with the phantom
I have also reformatted the card.

So, in summary, everything works perfectly except that I can't view my photo on the DJI app while out in the field

Have you resolved this issue? I can connect and see through my phone but I wanted to use my iPad mini and I get that error. Any help would be appreciated. TL
