Yes you can I've got a phantom 2 vision and I've been flying mine sense Black Friday with no problems. They seem to be more easier to instal aswell. They do have more thrust
I've got some 9550's on my P2V+ too. The sound is a little different and as mcajr37 says the thrust is improved...as it should be with a 5" pitch vs. 4.3" pitch
I also find that it's a bit quicker to respond to stick inputs - so be careful if you're used to a "lazy" response.

They would only be 1/10" longer... doubtful it would make a difference. I suppose you could make your own by cutting off the tip of one and gluing it to the end of the other...a little plastic shrapnel never hurt no one (much) LOLActually, if you order props from DJI, that's what you will receive (9450s). The 9443 props that were original on the P2V+ have been discontinued.
They supply more thrust. No disadvantages. No choice in any event, since 9443s are no longer being shipped from DJI.
My problem was that one of my four 9443s was broken. Since you can't mix 9443s with 9450s, I ordered new ones, which were 9450s. Just as well, because I'm using a Zenmuse H3-3D and GoPro Hero 3 Silver. I'm presuming I could use the added thrust since the GoPro setup weighs more than stock.
To answer your question, if your camera/gimbal is stock, and your props are undamaged, I'd continue to use the 9443s.
