One of the motors gets stuck for a moment when I start the drone

May just be some very small piece of metal floating around in the motor that only gets stuck in the wrong place and jams on occasion.
Air blower with a small tip may help.

I've used an air blower. It seems that it helped. But I keep doing tests.

Any metal particles will be difficult to remove because of the strength of the magnets in the motor. Keep trying.

If this happened only once then that's OK. If you'll be seeing this again, then the motor replacment would be a good idea.

It could be a dodgy connection caused by corrosion or wiring. When the motor starts it make a better contact
