Offline Maps in DJI Go 4

Is anyone having a problem with the Offline maps? I am using a Shield K1. I am able to download the map and I can see it in my options of offline maps, but when I go to the DJI Go 4 app, the map is just a black box.
Any ideas?

I had this issue aswell probly like a few out there,,I can download and save map but when app opens it show nothing but what you see,,this happen to me few updates back,,I always use me cell data now just to have the map,,it work fine for me like this,,offline maps does have a fault,unsure what to advise, I did email dji on this but got reply about something totally different (they good at that),,no speaka the English I think
