I saw the new DJI Mavic pro and I saw that it does not use lightbridge to transmit video but it used ocusync so I was wondering whats the difference between ocusync and lightbridge.

New technology. I think OcuSync does lots decoding using software instead of hardware (i could be wrong here). It also as a lot better potensial range (at least 10km).
Can also downstream 1080p instead of 720p.

Ocusync seams to prefer pausing the video feed for a split second instead of showing the glitch artefact light bridge shows
