No video on phone

I am new to my Phantom2 and to drones so please bear with me. I have the Phanton2 it is working great, just learning how to fly it. My problem is there is no video on my phone all the other info on the screen is working it takes pictures and video With no problem. I have checked the cables reseated the cable on the camera tried it a number of times and have reloaded the app still no video just a spinning circle on the screen. Is there any way to fix this? Thank in advance
