No rc signal dji phantom 3 professional

I have 2 dji p3p changed motors on one of them. Have to remotes one for the ok one and one for the one that has been repaired.. Whit both remotes.. It now reports no/weak rc signal.
Could it be the firmware on the p3p whit replaced engines? (it's not on the remote cause remote wolf fine on the other phantom) or could I have messed up antennas I side when replacing engines?

Downgraded rc to 1.5.8 that helped but not it says Gimbal disconnected.. So now I have to take the Gimbal apart again...
