as I said newbie to this hobby living in Ireland .I'm intrested in getting a set of filters for the ph3 standard can you recommend a couple of types please and links to websites where to buy them ..
thank u all in advance

You can find some commonly used P3S filters here.

They are not heavy.
No but at 7g+ they will upset the gimbal balance a bit and are definitely heavier that say polarpros. Having said that I was loaned a slip on PGY ND once (don't remember how heavy that was) which didn't seem to unduly strain the gimbal motors. You do need to be careful that any filter doesn't extend too far otherwise it may scrape the ground when the gimbal spins around on startup.

What type of filter would you use in what situation?
ND if required strength to reduce shutter speed to close to shutter speed in bright conditions (video), graduated ND to balance sky and terrain exposure, circular PL to deepen sky and reduce reflections, skylight in all other conditions.

To get an idea of what ND you might use just work from sunny 16 rule (i.e shutter speed = 1/ISO at f16 in full sun) so midday @ f2.8 and 100 ISO shutter speed will be 1/3200s so if your frame rate is 24fps shutter speed desired will be 1/50s so you will need an ND64 (six stops) with lower values as light is reduced.
