New Motors and Esc but no lights

I just replaced my original motors with new 2312 and brand new esc's

When Calibrating the GPS the front lights do not come on and the two rear end up flashing 2 green and 1 red. The motors seem to run fine. To scared to try with props on though.

The front leds do work as when I flick switch for GPS calibration they do come on but do not stay on.

Is there something I am missing on setup ?

Any thought would be appreciated.

Red lights don't come on when you first start up. That's normal. The back light sequence are telling you the satellite count.

The red lights should be on when you're flying.

Right you are. Took it out and it actually flew Now just have to wait for rain to stop to see if I can find a tree to hit...they just seem to come out of nowhere.
