New Ipad 9.7" A9 CPU; picture quality/screen quality

Just got a new Ipad with Cellular+WiFi. Did the setup on it this evening. Had been using my older Air2 without Cellular.

Once I got it set up, I began to take some random photos. I immediately noticed when snapping the pics, the screen image was fuzzy/blurry. When I hit the 'review' arrow button onscreen and reviewed the photos, they were fuzzy/blurry there too.

Downloaded pics to my old Air2 and the new Ipad and they were identical and crisp, as they should be!

So what it going on? Never noticed this before with my Air 2? Is it because I didn't turn OFF my WiFi; noise?

I have the same iPad 9.7 but without cellular. No problems here

I can get exact gps locations, which I can't get from my wifi only model when I'm in the field. I'be been having to use a cell phone hot spot with the wifi to get my maps downloaded/updated.

I can't get exact locations using anything with location services on my older Air 2, as it does not have a gps chip in it. So I can't get exact locations for things like weather, maps, etc.
