Yesterday I received two x Phantom 4 batteries that I had purchased online from Germany - The batteries were in sealed boxes
Initially, when i pressed the on/off button on the batteries, the first led flashing a few times and then switched off. I assumed that they needed charging and so placed them in my DJI charger unit and left them for about 2 hours.
One battery is now is totally dead and will not switch on at all. The other, is as before, on switch on, the first LED flashes 3 times and then switches off.
I am assuming that these are both faulty. Seller has no further product.
Any suggestions other than try to get DJI to replace
