Motor mount reinforcement plates

Hi all,

Has anyone used the motor mount reinforcement plates from either uav bits or st products from fast lad?

I've found a crack by screw and not getting anywhere with dji, so looking at alternatives.

The st products set are made of aluminium and weigh around 30grams compared to uav bits plastic at 12grams.

Any recommendations anyone.

You could use Plast-Aid, it forms a chemical and mechanical bond which makes the part you glue stronger than it originally was.
