Thanks all and Sunfox for the frame analysis.

Finally received response from DJI support: "suspected propeller shedding"
Credit to them they agreed to replace aircraft in full which I ordered today.

Now I am only wondering if I should upgrade to carbon fibre props ...

I have a noob question; How did you get the video without the actual drone?
Or am I reading your post wrong and you got the drone, but you couldn't recover from the fall before impact?
