The cops say "dji 4 propeller drone" so it's not confused with dji drones with 5 propellers.

Yeah I had to reread that as well . First thing I though is that's NOT a Phantom 4. Then I realized that I was reading something that a layperson (cop without a lot of drone knowledge) was stating in a way that reflected the drone having 4 props and not the model of said drone.

Yup, you guys are right... the way it was written I saw P4. I wouldn't expect someone to say they saw a 4 wheeled Chevy... it's a car right? They typically have 4 wheels.
I doubt anyone is going back for a cameraless P1.

most likely no registration # on it.
if it was mine- i would go get it. but my lawyer would be right beside me.
