Lightbridge + iPad mounting

I have the DJI Lightbridge and the Futaba T8J Tx. What are the mounts you are using to mount
1) LB to RC
2) iPad to RC

Can you please provide links too! It'd help!

One last question- The H3-3D came with the interference board. Does the light bridge replace the interference board?
