Issue with remote, possibly bricked?

I tried doing a firmware update via the Go4 app and I lost connection. Now the led on the radio flashes red and green really fast. Research shows that the firmware for the remote could have gotten out of sync so when I try to force a firmware downgrade (with the aircraft turned off), I get a message stating that there is no firmware available for the device. The link is gone, when I open the Go4 app, the Enter button never goes blue and I have no readings in camera view.

Have you tried re-flashing the firmware on the AC and RC using DJI Assistant 2 on the PC
