I'm shopping for a monitor, and I would like to know if anyone has issues using this setup? Are you satisfied with the Black Pearl 801 receiving from your AVL58?

I have a Diversity innard like that Black Pearl - the form factor is exactly the same with the same lettering on the case. I use it with the AVL58 and it works fine. I also have a NEEWER DVR rx and it works with the AVL 58 (single rx).
If you are looking for super long range then you might want to look at other solutions such as an 832 and an UNO ( or dual UNO). However, I have never had a break up from my setup when using a helical antenna and skew planar. I don't do super long distances, though.
