Nope will have to get that. Just didn't wanna go threw the trouble if it won't be worth my time

Do you have a portfolio to show potential clients? What is the competition like in your area? Will the market support the service (I.e. High dollar unique properties will more likely have the advertising/promotion budget). Are you set up to take internal shots/footage also? What are your editing skills like?

I wouldn't quit my day job for Real Estate work. Initially it looks like good money but by the time you jump through all the legal hoops etc you'll be lucky to break even.

Take photography classes at your local college first. Once you understand the fundamentals of photography, take it to the next step. Don't expect to be a pro if you don't have the experience. Good luck !
