I’m a bit confused. If the drop pushed the camera assembly up into the base of the camera mounting plate, how could it not have damaged the landing gear?
Did I miss something?
I don’t remember ever seeing a damaged gimbal that didn’t do some form of damage to the legs.
Have you tried using a DJI battery instead of the aftermarket in the picture?

I am as well, but there is no damage to the chassis anywhere. Yes, I have used fully charged DJI batteries during all my attempts at calibrating.

The battery in your picture isn’t a DJI battery. You must have others.

It may sound dumb but why don't you put a good fan on it while calibrating.

whould you upload an image of the fc board whitch is located underneath the gimbal mount?? probably its got hit from the crash and thats why the mc/imu errors are popping up.

from what i can see.. it got hit on one of two imu and there are signs of overheating in the cpu near it.. you ll probably need a new fc board..

Did it land on a pillow,,my first free fall destroyed my p4,snap off cam,internal damage to esc ribbon cables,,this drone not even stratched,,I dont doubt what happen but cant have been 80ft to come off that lightly,,internal components fragile from experience,,,,as to the IMU fail,,is that at room temperature,,

Yes, at room temp. I have video of moment before crash. Im trying to download it now.....

It does suck not having another board to try or do you,me learn can guess all day long and get no where without changing and eliminating,,not sure what board worth but I do have a p4s one sitting here with a fan,,,Not 100% sure its compatible with Advanced,,looks same but different number code,,probably fit your ribbons,,,If you cant purchase one for reasons and if there no one closer that can help I might send you these to try,,,,probably no charge ,,Better if someone can use it,,
Someone might chime in yet with a fix but if you get stuck stuck,chuck me a message and I'll send them out 2 you...
