Hi all I bought my phantom four advanced from Fern tech nz in September after about two months I had no image transmission problem I rang fern tech They told me to post it back to them and they would fix it after about 3 to 4 weeks with no communication from them that they had to send it back to DJI because they couldn’t fix it consequently I was without my drone for about three months I asked them for a replacement drone which they refused as it was under warranty I didn’t think this was fair or reasonable Just wondered what you fellers think since I got it back I’ve had image transmission problem about three times I have found by turning everything off including iPad and restarting everything seems to get it going I just wondered has anybody else had this problem and what is likely to cause it
