Is there a way to connect my phantom 4 advanced to my MacBook to download images and videos, or do I need to take out the microSD card every time?

You could download images via a usb cable but it's slower than swimming in syrup and you have to leave the Phantom powered up.
It's much easier and far quicker to pull the card, pop it in an adapter and copy the images across.
