Because events are no longer allowed to be filmed, I used an extendable painters pole with a GoPro mounted to it and used old footage of the area I had in my library to create this video!
 
Oh... Big No No! Some of them crafters get pretty cranky about video around their stuff! Been there. Been kicked out. Didn't get a T shirt either...
 
Briefly...
anyone can say they don't want to be photographed.
In US, only way to stop photos on private property is
if owner asks you to leave.
Art fairs have no activity AFAIK that can't be
photographed due to invasion of privacy.
Photograph it any way you want, just don't
violate copyright by making image of JUST
one artwork without adding other elements
to image, such as people, surroundings, etc.
