How to check serial for Phantom 4 Pro

No original box?

If you have your original box you will find it on the label. If you have a DJI account, I think you can find it there. If you have refresh it is tied to your serial number.

For the love of God, do Not use the serial number it shows your phantom is on the dji go app. They are wrong

Can you download DJI Assistant 2 and check there? I would think this would work for checking serial number and updating as well as other useful tools.
