How to achieve warp style effect

Found this video which made use of a warp style effect that reminded me of those crazy small drones [1] [2] that shoot fantastic footage.

How can i achive this affect? Are there other good examples of this? I think its great to mix up an edit with these shoots rather than the somewhat stale tripod view.

It's called the Vertigo Effect and it's pretty easy to do. You just shoot in 4K or some resolution higher than your final resolution then in the clip scale out while dollying in or vice versa.
