Hi everyone, i've just dipped my toes into drone filming and FPV and all my google searches looking for answers to my questions seem to point to this forum which is very helpful!
I thought i'd join up and participate and hopefully find some help with my setup.
I'm from Leeds UK and i'm travelling to Thailand next month and was hoping to get some epic drone footage out there.
I've just bought a second hand DJI Phantom 2 with an FPV setup and was planning to use my GoPro Hero 4 but it seems that the version of Gimbal I have is incompatible... it's the one with the 30 pin connector so i'm assuming this is the v1... so i'm not getting any live video view back to the FPV monitor. I'm getting telemetry so I know it's working in a sense, just no live video. The aforementioned searches seem to point to an incompatibility, is that right?
